POLICY & TERMS OF USE
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT MUST BE READ AND AGREED UPON PRIOR TO ORDERING

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. Greyhound Courier or DHL Courier is the preferred method of shipment unless you specify otherwise. Allow 7-10 working days for shipment of in-stock items from our West Coast warehouse to points on the east coast or from our East Coast warehouse to points on the west coast depending on stock levels. If for some reason a shipment is returned to us as undelieverable, or not on three attempts, you will be responsible for all freight charges and a hold will be put on all future shipments until the incurred shipping charges have been paid.
Greyhound Courier offers door to door service in some cities and states and depot to depot service in others. If you need to know if you will be required to pick up your package from your local depot or if a door to door service will be available for your order, please contact us before ordering.
We attempt to ship all in-stock items out within just 10 business days as part of our high customer service committment to you, our treasured customer. However, please be aware that in cases of backorders, high demand periods, or other busy times, shipping delays can occur.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
2Loww AutoSport Ltd. packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, all damage claims must be made by the purchasers directly to the carrier. All products shipped by 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. are insured for their full value. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable, it is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement.
All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only with a return authorization (R.A) from 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. R.A. is valid for only 14 days from the date of issue. R.A. does not guarantee a replacement or a refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Items must be returned in new or reasonable condition. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid by you, the customer. Any COD shipments will be refused and sent back to you. Unwanted merchandise returns are subject to 25% restocking fee and must be received within 25 days from the time of invoicing. Special orders items can not be returned.
Full refund on the purchase price is given only for defective products. (Damaged products are not considered defective.) All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. until the settlement of the claim with the carrier. The amount of the refund to the purchaser for the damaged returned goods will depend upon the settled claim amount.
BACKORDERS & DELAYS IN SHIPMENT
Occassionally parts can go on backorder or be delayed for numerous different reasons. Please be aware that we often do not have control over these delays or backorders and do our very best in getting all orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We attempt to ship all in stock orders out in just 1-3 business days. If your order is going to be significantly delayed or has gone on backorder, we will contact you immediately to make you aware of the delay and do our best to give you the approximate date of shipment. If part of the order is in stock and other parts are out of stock or on backorder, we will ship the in stock parts out as quickly as possible while we wait for the out of stock or backordered items and ship them seperately. Cancelled unshipped orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND SUBMISSIONS
Purchaser's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders.
AERO BODY KIT AND SPOILER NOTE
The sources for the aero body kits and spoilers that we offer are many and each manufacturer uses different manufacturing techniques and materials. It is because of this that some styles may vary in design, finish, and fit. Some of the styles are more aggressive and unique, such as the full bumper kits made out of fiberglass, which inadvertently result in kits that are more difficult to install and may require many hours of expert customization or modification. Other kits are subtle looking under the bumper style made out of urethane or ABS plastic which again by their nature of design and materials used are much easier to install.
This brings us to our next very important issue. Since by its nature 'ease' of installation is very subjective, our suggestions on this subject matter can not be objective from your point of view. What takes you an hour may take someone else three hours and what you may consider 'difficult' someone else may consider 'easy'. Nevertheless, you are encouraged to ask our sales people all the pertinent questions prior to making a purchase. But keep in mind that our answers are mere representation of our collective and subjective opinion and that 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. can not be held responsible if a product does not meet your subjective expectations of what a particular kit has to be.
Purchaser/User fully understands that all aero-body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Due to the fact that most aero-body kits are made of fiberglass chips and cracks may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass parts. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-on. It is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. We recommend that you have these parts installed by a professional body shop who is experienced with custom installations.
If it is not already implied, please be aware that our products are all exact replica products, made originally direct from the authentic parts mold.
All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets. Please note that all FIBERGLASS and CARBON FIBER products sold by 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. are sold "AS IS." Fiberglass/Carbon-fiber hoods are lightweight and may fly open while driving if not properly secured. We strongly recommend the USE OF HOOD PINS in addition to the included latch. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused by an improperly secured hood.
Purchaser/User also understands that due to strict Canada/U.S. Federal and Province/State Safety crash guidelines, 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, or bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Purchaser/User understands that all aero-body kits and spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights or side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Many of these aero-body kits are prototyped and used on non-Canada and non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards and requirements in their respective countries of origin, 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts.
Before starting any installation or painting, always pre-fit the part to the vehicle to make sure that it is the proper model for the application. 2Loww AutoSport Ltd. does not cover any cost, such as paint arising from returned painted spoiler without pre-fitting it prior to the painting.
Cars depicted on our website are often highly modified for show which may include molding or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specified in the product description. Some styles pictured may vary depending on the manufacturer and/or newer updated designs.
