SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped via the quickest and most economical method chosen by Extreme Lambo Doors Ltd. unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. FedEx for shipments within the USA and USPS for international shipments are the preferred method of shipment in most cases. Please allow 7-10 working days for shipment of most in-stock items. We strive to provide excellent customer service and very quick shipping times on everything we carry.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only with a return authorization (R.A) from Extreme Lambo Doors Ltd. within 60 days from the date of purchase. The R.A. does not guarantee a replacement or a refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Items must be returned in new condition - unused, unaltered, and undamaged. Shipping must be prepaid by you the customer and there is a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee on ALL cancelled or returned orders.

WARRANTY

Our lifetime warranty is the best warranty on the market and is valid for 15 years from the date of purchase. If you experience any problems with your product during this period, we will simply ship you a new kit at our cost. This is how confident we are in our products and how important your customer satisfaction is to us. The entire kit is covered by the warranty excluding the gas shocks. However, we do offer these replacement gas shocks at cost for our customers.
